Team Building Theater Improvisation

We will develop our skills and abilities through creativity in a safe and trusting environment, inspired by professional theater techniques. In this space, you will play, perform roles, contribute ideas and solutions, using your body as your main tool.

We will meet in an open space, which may be at the company itself or another location. We will start with an icebreaker activity to warm up. Then, we will explain what improvisation is and how it works through simple exercises. Once we are in full swing, we will move on to the main part of our workshop, where all our improvisation stars will have to create funny, unexpected, tremendous, ridiculous, irresponsible, and crazy scenes.

We will finish with a review of the best moments and a reflection on how to apply what we have learned in our organization and in everyday life.
